Education Philosophy:

My approach to education is centered around the belief that every student, regardless of their learning needs, has the right to a quality education. I believe that implementing an inclusive and supportive learning environment is essential for all students, especially those with special needs. I hope to be a presence in the classroom that makes all students feel valued, respected and supported. I strive to use a variety of strategies which will encourage and assist students to reach their full potential through resources, technology and additional supports. I believe it is important to work collaboratively as an educational team with the teachers, and parents to ensure there is success of all students. I aim to support a learning environment in the classroom where everyone can flourish, including students and educational staff with patience, empathy and dedication.
