Educational Philosophy:

As an Educator, I believe you need to be able to offer many different teaching strategies in order to keep your students engaged and interested in your lessons. Educators must have a passion to work with children and to help them succeed to the best of their ability. I have a strong passion for coaching and I carry many of my coaching strategies into the classroom. I strongly believe in the coaching model of teaching and my desire is to see my students achieve to their fullest potential each and every day. As a role model, I can help every student by paying attention to detail and by offering different teaching strategies in both land-based and classroom lessons.
